FAQ
Our Services
What types of brands do you work with?
We work with growing product brands that need a reliable fulfillment partner as they scale. That includes subscription box companies, e-commerce brands, and wholesale businesses that need stronger systems, better visibility, and a smoother back-end operation.
Do you only work with subscription box companies?
No. Subscription box fulfillment is a core specialty, but we also support growing e-commerce and wholesale brands. If your business needs receiving, storage, kitting, pick/pack/ship, and operational support, we can build a fulfillment process around your needs.
Do you offer e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment too?
Yes. We support both direct-to-consumer e-commerce fulfillment and wholesale shipments. That includes pick/pack/ship, retailer or bulk order support, kitting, and flexible workflows designed around how your business operates.
How do pricing and proposals work?
Pricing is based on your operation — including volume, SKUs, order cadence, packaging requirements, and service needs. We start with a discovery call, assess your workflow, and then build a proposal and service plan around the support you actually need.
Can I tour the facility?
We’re happy to start with a conversation about your operation and, if it looks like a good fit, discuss scheduling a facility tour. Because we are not open to the public and need to protect client confidentiality, tours are considered on a case-by-case basis to avoid any competitive overlap between brand
What systems/integrations do you support?
We operate primarily through one warehouse management system integration that works with many leading platforms. Since every client’s setup is different, we review your platform, workflow, and operational needs during onboarding to confirm compatibility and validate the best approach before go-live.
Subscription Box Fulfillment
Do you work with new subscription box brands?
Yes. We work with both emerging and established subscription box brands. If you’re launching, growing, or preparing to move from in-house fulfillment to a more scalable operation, we can help build a process that supports your subscription model from the start.
What volume range do you typically support?
We support subscription brands at different stages of growth, from newer brands building momentum to more established companies with recurring monthly volume. The right fit depends on your box cadence, complexity, product mix, and operational needs.
Can you handle custom inserts and changing monthly builds?
Yes. We understand that subscription box programs often change from month to month. We can support custom inserts, changing product assortments, promotional materials, and other build variations while maintaining quality and consistency throughout the process.
How do you manage inventory visibility?
We provide visibility through warehouse systems, reporting, and clear communication around receiving, inventory levels, order flow, and fulfillment activity. Our goal is to help you stay informed so you can make decisions with confidence.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding starts with a conversation about your subscription model, volume, SKUs, packaging requirements, and build cadence. From there, we map the workflow, set up systems and integrations, receive inventory, confirm build expectations, and prepare for a smooth launch.
Can we use our own shipping accounts?
That depends on your setup and shipping requirements. We can talk through your current process during discovery and determine the best approach for your operation, whether that involves your existing accounts or a different shipping solution.
Kitting and Assembly
Can you handle one-time kitting projects?
Yes. We support both one-time kitting projects and ongoing assembly needs. Whether you’re preparing a promotional campaign, product launch, event kit, or custom packout, we can build a process around your project requirements and timeline.
Do you offer recurring kitting support?
Yes. We can support recurring kitting and assembly projects for brands that need a repeatable process over time. That includes subscription box packouts, promotional kits, bundled products, and other ongoing assembly workflows.
What information do you need to quote a project?
To quote a kitting project, we typically need details like the number of units, component list, assembly instructions, packaging requirements, timeline, and whether the project includes storage or shipping. The more clearly the project is defined, the more accurately we can scope it.
Can you store components before assembly?
Yes. We can receive and store project components before assembly so materials are organized, verified, and ready when production begins. This helps support smoother execution and better control throughout the project.
Can you ship completed kits directly?
Yes. We can ship completed kits directly based on your project needs. Depending on the workflow, that may include direct-to-consumer shipments, bulk shipments, or storing finished kits for future release.
Do you support custom packaging instructions?
Yes. We can work from your packaging instructions and brand requirements to support a more consistent final presentation. Clear instructions help us execute with greater accuracy and protect the experience your brand is trying to create.
eCommerce & Wholesale
Do you support wholesale shipments and retailer requirements?
Yes. We support wholesale shipments and can work within retailer requirements, including order prep, labeling, carton organization, and other operational details that help wholesale orders move more smoothly. The goal is to reduce errors, improve consistency, and help your team stay ahead of channel-specific requirements.
Can you fulfill DTC + subscription + wholesale?
Yes. We can support brands that operate across multiple channels, including direct-to-consumer, subscription, and wholesale fulfillment. We build workflows around your business so each channel is handled with the right process, visibility, and communication.
How do you handle returns?
We support returns handling for direct-to-consumer fulfillment as part of the overall operational process. That includes receiving returned items, helping maintain inventory clarity, and creating a more organized workflow around returned product.
What reporting/visibility do I get?
We provide visibility through warehouse systems, inventory tracking, order flow oversight, and ongoing operational communication. Our goal is to help you stay informed about what is happening across fulfillment so you have better clarity around inventory, orders, and day-to-day activity.
Warehousing
How do you handle receiving discrepancies?
We flag receiving discrepancies as part of the intake process so issues can be identified early and communicated clearly. That may include shortages, damages, or other exceptions that affect inventory accuracy. Our goal is to create visibility quickly so small problems do not turn into larger operational issues.
What visibility do I get into inventory?
We provide inventory visibility through warehouse systems, reporting, and ongoing communication. That includes clearer insight into what has been received, what is on hand, and what may need attention so you can make decisions with more confidence.
Can you store inventory for future builds/projects?
Yes. We can store inventory for future fulfillment runs, kitting projects, subscription builds, and other planned workflows. The goal is to keep inventory organized, visible, and ready when it is needed.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your storage needs, inventory profile, operational complexity, and whether warehousing is paired with other fulfillment services. We start with a conversation to understand your requirements, then build a proposal based on the level of support your business needs.
